Family of Faith is located near Shawnee, Oklahoma, approximately seven miles north of the city on Hwy 18.

Our physical address is 30 Kin-ville, Shawnee, OK 74804.

If traveling on I-40, take the Shawnee/Meeker (186) exit, turn north onto Hwy 18 for approximately 7 miles.  We are on the east side of the highway.

If traveling on I-44 South (Turner Turnpike) from the Tulsa direction, exit at Chandler and take Hwy 18 to Meeker and continue on south.  We are approximately 3 miles south of Meeker on Hwy 18 or from the Chandler exit to our facility approximately 16 miles.
